DIMARINO olives in brine are produced with natural and ancient methods inherited from our ancestors.
At the harvest moment, they are before selected and then immersed in a solution of water and salt. After about 5 months they are re-processed and packaged in various ways, always respecting the fundamental basis of DIMARINO (without the addition of any preservative or chemical) to be preserved, in specific jars, in water and salt.
Our olives are excellent as appetizer, but also to accompany any kind of dish.
