In our oil are present all the traditional features of the best extra virgin of olive, to which is added the considerable presence of natural substances because obtained with “sinolea” process, or rather by natural cold dripping. So, it is an out-and-out spontaneous essence, with an absolute genuine taste, adapt to espouse any kind of dish to be seasoned.
The olives from which is made are not treated with any kind of insecticide and the land is not subjected to chemical fertilizers. The entire production process (pruning, digging or milling, harvesting of fruits and production of oil) takes place in accordance with the times and tradition of the Abruzzo countryside.
DIMARINO extra virgin olive oil is produced only from the best Italian olives and by exclusive mechanical and physical procedures (washing, grinding, setting, centrifugation and filtration) that do not cause any alteration to its organoleptic qualities.
