The farm DiMarino was born in Torricella Peligna country with ancient origins , in the area of the Teatine Hills Teatine (recognized as DOP certification for the production of extra virgin olive oil). The particular geographical position gives this area a perfect climate , tempered by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea and the presence of the Maiella massif which, combined with the characteristics of the soil, make it ideal for the cultivation of vines, and more.
Determined to keep the specialties of our region alive nd promote them on the national and international markets , we chose to focus on producing Sulmona’s red garlic, the traditional culture of the Peligna Valley, of which we are the only exporters.
A tradition carried on over the years while preserving intact the characteristics of this variety, respecting the seasonal nature of the product and adopting natural methods strictly by pre-sowing, harvesting, up to conservation.
