Savoury pie with Tolle of red garlic from Rosanna Di Cino
- 1 jar 300 g of Dimarino’s Tolle in extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g of ham steak
- 100 g of Hungarian salami
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 ml of milk
- 4 eggs
- 300 g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder for pizza
In a bowl beat the eggs and add the flour, the baking powder, the grated cheese, the milk and mix well eveything. Also add the tolle together with the oil in which they are pickled, blend well with the other ingredients. Then add the chopped cured meats and mix.
In a rectangular baking tray covered by some greased paper, or in a boundt cake tray, pour the mixture obtained. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes at 160°.
The savoury pie can be served warm or cold and it is possible to use other kind of salami to your taste.
