Spaghetti, tuna and green olives


  • 350 g of spaghetti
  • 160 g of canned tuna
  • 80 g of Dimarino green olives
  • Sweet pepper
  • Dimarino extra virgin olive oil
  • Onion
  • Salt



Drain the olives from the water and remove the stone, cut them in half or to your liking. Open the canned tuna and helping yourself with a fork drain the oil in excess.

In a pan pour some Dimarino olive oil, the finely chopped onion and the pepper cut in small pieces. Turn on the heat and add a bit of water, when the oil start to become hot add the cut olives and the drained tuna. Let cooking everything for about 15 minutes, when the water has dried turn off the fire.

In a pot cook the pasta, adding a pinch of salt, drain it well and put in the pan with the seasoning. Turn on the fire again and mix everything.

To flavour the dish even more, is possible to add a few tablespoon of Dimarino green olives patè.

Serve when the pasta is hot…
